MEP Project Manager

Our office in Houston, TX is seeking a team-oriented Project Manager looking to join our growing team. This critical employee will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, while planning, coordinating, and executing projects.


Duties and/or Requirements:

  • Establish and maintain client relationships with open communication at all times
  • Communicate transparent details from the client to the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design teams
  • Organize and commence weekly internal meetings to discuss plan of action
  • Coordinating Quality Control site visits
  • Establish and monitor hours and budgets
  • Review and approve team time sheets
  • Advise Accounting Department of specific billing details and dates to ensure a seamless billing process
  • Previous experience managing MEP design projects (all phases) for K-12, retail, commercial, and/or hospitality facilities extremely desired
  • Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems required
